GOAL: Figure out how to grow seaweed indoors

Explanation

Seaweed is right out of left field for me. I have no idea if growing it indoors is even possible. Does it have to be grown in sea water? Can I make seawater with some kind of salt mix? Does that salt mix have rare or hard-to-acquire components? So many questions. Well, let's start a target that turns those questions into answers.
